Investigational Study to “Course of events concerning adoptions from Bangladesh”

“Reconstruction of the adoptions of children from Bangladesh to the Netherlands and neighboring countries in the 70s / 80s.”

The aim of the research is to gain insight into the state of affairs surrounding the adoptions from Bangladesh to the Netherlands, in which the abuses are mapped out and as a result they gain insight into how things have happened.

The research should lead to the reconstruction of the adoption history that may contribute to the personal development processes of the adopted adopters, including being able to place events around their own life history in the right perspective.

The essence is that it was not necessary. A lot of parents could not take care of their child for a while but absolutely did not want to lose their child forever.
